About

Two decades restoring antique swords

Tom Nardi's Sword Restoration Services grew out of a personal collection. After more than 27 years collecting swords, Tom kept finding pieces badly in need of repair, and very few people who could do the work satisfactorily. So in 1999, out of necessity, Sword Restoration Services was born.

Since then the focus has never changed: authentic repairs using original period materials and parts, or faithful replacement stock sourced from around the world. Grips are rewrapped without dismantling the sword, so the finished piece carries no visible seam. It looks and feels exactly as it did when new.

Hundreds of swords later, that guarantee still extends to every job. A modest investment in restoration often doubles or even triples the value of a sword. If you have a piece worth saving, it is worth a conversation.
